From the South Bay Cities Council of Governments, they are having a free holiday light exchange! Exchange two working strings of old incandescent holiday lights for two new, energy-efficient LED strings.

When: November 13,15,16, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or November 14, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
