On Friday, October 26, 2012 Peninsula students were given a ballot to participate in a nationwide Mock Election. Those who did vote, voted in their second period class. Students voted for local, state, and national office. All eleven propositions were on there as well. This year's Mock Election was sponsored by PVPHS's PTSA hoping to encourage future civic involvement. Peninsula would like to give a big thanks to the PTSA Legislative Representatives, Allison Phillips and LauraSalvay for making Peninsula's students opinions be heard.
