This week, Peninsula’s sports teams have only a few games remaining to see where our school status is. The Girls’ Tennis team had a game at PV, but regardless of win or loss they will stay in first place. Boys’ Water Polo is playing today at Mira Costa and tomorrow at RUHS. Results from the two games today will determine if they finish 1 through third place. There are games this week that will determine the line up of Peninsula’s team. For Girls’ Volleyball, we hope to beat Mira Costa and claim our place as second or third place! The final game of the 2012 Girls Volleyball season is Thursday, October 25, 2012. Frosh/Soph will play in the Kelly Johnson Fieldhouse at 3:15 and JV will play in the gym at 3:15. For Girls’ Golf, Peninsula has one individual going on strong. Paige Fujihara is the only individual eligible to go on. Boy’s and Girls’ Cross Country will be in the league finals on 11/1/2012. Remember, to cheer on your fellow panthers to cheer them on! Do not forget the football game at West High at 7 p.m.
