PEF is still in need of more walkers! This year, Peninsula's goal is to have 525 walkers. To inspire Peninsula students, Mrs. Cress is handing out gift cards for a free yogurt and Yogurtland. As well as Yogurtland giftcards being distributed, one free tuition for a Peninsula student will be raffled off as well! Remember, supporting the Pier 2 Pier Walk is not only a benefit for yourself, but it will also help PEF! Keep in mind that PEF supports SMERT, the College Career Center, Safe School counselor, and one other counselor. The registration fee is only 25 dollars for adults and kids 3 and up. Free t-shirts, gift bags, and medals will be given out for those who have registered! Pups are also encouraged to walk as well. Those who register their dog will receive a free gift!

Peninsula residents have always turned out in big numbers for this event and we've always had the most walkers of any school district in the South Bay. Last year, with over 2,000 walkers, PEF received a check for $88,000. Let's continue to show our PVP school pride by signing up to walk at www.skechersfriendshipwalk.com
A short walk between Manhattan Beach Pier and Hermosa Beach Pier can mean so much for our schools! Don't miss it. The Walk begins at 9 AM.
See you there!
