The Choir Department will be performing its annual spring concert, A Spring Choral Concert, on Wednesday, May 26 and Thursday, May 27.
The concerts will be held at the Rolling Hills United Methodist Church, a beautiful and spacious setting. The concerts start at 7 p.m. and run for approximately two hours. The Choir Department will provide snacks and beverages for the guests.
Tickets are $3 for middle school students, $5 for high school students with ASB, and $7 for all other students and adults. One may purchase tickets in the Student Store or at the door of the concert.
Directed by choir teacher Dan Doctor, the Beginning Women’s Choir, Chamber Choir, Woman’s A capella, Men’s Doo Wop, Advanced Women’s Choir, and Varsity Voices will be singing an array of songs including some written and performed by the Beatles, Styx, Eric Clapton, and Queen.
This will be the last chance to hear graduating choir students sing with Peninsula’s choirs. Being the last choir concert of the year, the spring choir concert will definitely be one to remember.
